Erika Navarro born in Miami, Florida of Colombian, Cuban, and Mexican descent. She has dedicated over 15 years to the entertainment industry. Her career begins with just five years of age, when she participates and wins ¨Little Miss Broward County Fair” beauty pageant followed by her debut on Sabado Gigante’s ¨Miss Chiquitita” contest. She appears in national commercials such as Kodak, McDonalds, Sears, Headquarter Toyota and Seat (with Shakira). At a young age she lands a role in the film “Fair Game” with Cindy Crawford and William Baldwin.

Since then, she begins building an extensive background in dance (jazz, ballet, hip-hop, ballroom), acting and singing. Later Is selected, along with 4 other young actors, as host of Univision’s “Disney Easter Parade”. After years of working in the children segments in Sabado Gigante, Erika becomes one of Univision’s main dancers for the next 9 years and through this gets the opportunity to share the stage with renowned artists all over United States and Latin America; Performing on tours, award shows, concerts and music videos with artists such as Shakira, Fanny Lu, Chayanne, Emmanuel, Pitbull, Paulina Rubio, Marco Antonio Solis, Olga Tañón, David Bisbal, Alejandra Guzmán, Luis Fonsi, Wisin y Yandel, Yolandita Monge, Melina León, Tito el Bambino, Angel y Khriz, Jen Carlos Canela, among others.

In 2006 Erika works in “Hollywood Hotties¨, a show at the HardRock in Fort Lauderdale singing and dancing. Finalizing this project, she auditions and is selected as dancer for Shakira’s “Oral Fixation” tour in Miami and later Mexico in 2007. Alongside this, dances in Shakira’s music video “Pure Intuition” (Las De La Intuition). In 2008, dances in Jerry Rivera’s “Caribe Gardel Tour”.  At the end of 2008 becomes part of Fanny Lu’s  “Lagrimas Calidas Tour” and continues with her for the following two years in her “DOS Tour”.

During this time Erika forms part of a girl group based in Miami called GEMROX, under the production of Jonathan Fuzessy and Julio Hernandez. They record three original songs, do showcases in Miami, and promote there single “Me Da Lo Mismo” on local television shows. In 2009, despite her young age but with an already extensive career, Erika is interviewed by well-known figures such as Don Francisco on “Sabado Gigante” and Chata Riano in “Confessions” on Caracol Internacional. At the same time, she participates in Kike Santander’s exercise video “Batuka¨ and then becomes part of the backup dancers for Univision’s reality show “Viva El Sueño”. 

Along with her entertainment career during this time, Erika attends Florida International University studying Public Relations in the school of communication.  In 2010, takes on a minor role acting and dancing in the soap opera ¨Perro Amor” on Telemundo with Carlos Ponce and films “Tras La Huella De”, a pilot show as host interviewing Mexican artists such as Horoscopos de Durango, La Arrolladora Banda el Limon, Margarita Diosa de la Cumbia, Beto Terraza, among others. Later travels to Chile to dance for Myriam Hernandez in various national concerts.

In January 2011, an opportunity that Erika has always dreamnt of arrives; forming part of the cast of Nickelodeon Latin America’s TV series “Grachi” as an actress with the role of “Veronica”.  After 6 months of filming in MIami,  the TV series finishes its first season.

At the beginning of 2012, Erika makes ​​a Guest appearance on the TV series “La Playa / The Beach” where she plays “Jasmine”. Then appears as main actress and dancer of former Menudo singer Daniel René’s music video “The Jacket”. In September she is selected as a contestant onTelemundo’s reality show “Yo Me Llamo” impersonating Thalia. After that, participates as actress in Obie Bermudez’ music video “Calendario Maya”. At the end of the year, Erika graduates from Florida International University with a BA in Public Relations and minor in Event Planning.

2013 Erika returns to the theater in the Broadway musical “In The Heights” at the Actors’ Playhouse at Miracle Mile in Coral Gables as “Yolanda”, part of the ensemble. Also affiliates with BMI as singer-songwriter.

Erika was invited to the Latin Billboard Awards where she promoted her first production, her album “Huellas” released in May 2013. From which she started her media tour in Puerto Rico. There, Erika was invited to take part in the “Teleton Ser” as well as special quest in the “Sin Paredes” project which is a summer camp for persons with disabilities.

In the present moment, Erika travels between Miami and Los Angeles continuing her career in music and television. She also take part as main assistant to the magician Greg Gleason in the “Masters of Illusion Live” tour.
